Meetup with DG Blancaflor of IPOPhil November 20, 2011

Thanks to Davao Intellectual Property Society (DIPS), inventors and technology innovators of southern Mindanao had a chance to interact with Director General Ricardo Blancaflor of the Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines. Coffee for Peace, along McArthur Highway, in Matina, served as venue. During the occasion, DG Blancaflor shared the vision of IPOPhil and explained a number of initiatives and projects that the agency seeks to promote to the regions, among them the hosting of Innovation and Technology Services Office (patent libraries) to serve the needs of inventors and technology innovators.
